Samsung Galaxy S8: What’s New?
One of the most significant reasons why Samsung remained no. 1 smartphone brand in 2016 is, its continuous capability
of innovation. Samsung introduced its virtual reality glass Samsung
Gear VR in November 27, 2015 which gained popularity after the release
of Galaxy S7 and S7 edge in March 2016. This top-notch innovation turned
many iPhone users to Samsung users. After all, how many people will
change their smartphone if they get a 6 GB RAM instead of 4 GB?
Certainly, I won’t count myself as one of them.
o continue with the growing number of sales, Samsung is bringing the
all new Galaxy S8 in April 21, 2017. So, what are they going to
introduce to their fans to surprise and convince them to consume a new
device and reach even bigger audience? So far we know that there will be
two major adds in Galaxy S8.
- Irish Scanner: If you always thought fingerprint is
not enough for your phone’s security, this very new feature may
interest you. Samsung Galaxy S8 will scan your eyes to verify if you are
the owner of the phone. Something cool and important for people who
got a lot of confidential data in their phone and use mobile banking
etc.
- Samsung Desktop Experience support: With the help
if this feature, you can connect your phone to a monitor, keyboard and
mouse to turn it into a desktop pc. This feature is somewhat similar to
newly released Windows phones. But in case of Samsung Galaxy S8, you
will be having that PC experience with android and not Windows. So,
Samsung and Google’s android is now going to offer some competition to
Microsoft’s popular and classic Windows PC as well as Apple’s Mac
computers. I personally don’t like android as PC operating system as
most of the great PC games and software won’t run this way. I spend much
more time on PC than a smartphone. So, this is not a solution for
people like me.
